Pros
The hours are flexible, you can usually get as many or as few hours as you desire. Pay is decent for the work. The team atmosphere is nice. It is easy to move up.
Cons
Management is sometimes inconsistent when it comes to enforcing policies and setting goals. Sometimes you will be expected to stay an hour or more past close because someone else was lazy through out the day.
