steady employment and lots of opportunity to work overtime. You can move up, if you work hard. Pay, once you've worked there a while, can be competitive.
Cons
A 40 hour work week is considered part-time. The company still operates with and old management style where the workers are considered easily replaceable and upper-management uses fear of job loss to motivate.
