Everything. Managing Director can neither manage nor direct. Very full of himself, thinking he knows all, when in truth he doesn't know all that much. Doesn't know how to treat its employees. Salary is ALWAYS paid late despite being the same day each month. No resources are given. I.e LinkedIn Licence, any sort of database to work from, no formal training or best practice guidance. Very much a cowboy business with expertise is no field.
