Pros
Working hours are good, max shift is 9am-6pm with a 1 hour break Decent discount which you get after a month of working there - 10% on pop figures and 30% on everything else
Cons
Absolutely no training for staff - I was hired as a new supervisor, never been management before and was expecting some sort of training to teach me how to be in charge but no, they teach you how to use the till system and that is it! Upper management is rude and clique, theres a very clear divide between salaried managers, assistant managers and supervisors, I was treated like a second rate staff member by upper management. When I told my manager that I am having physical and mental health issues it was brushes passed, my actual message was ignored and I was told they needed to contact upper management to see how to “deal” woth me. Not enough pay for the job they expect, only 20p more than minimum wage (9.70) and I was expected to run sundays on my own with no other management and again no training to teach me how to do so.
