Pros
Menlo Technologies is a technology company with strong clients, and is investing for growth. The potential upside and opportunity is there. It's a relatively small company, so you can make a huge impact if you are willing to step up. It's a good place, in particular, for early career people who want to learn and develop but may not know exactly what they want to do. The company is pretty generous with employee recognition and the benefits are very good for the size. Work/life balance is kind of ok. When you're in the office though, you're expected to be focused. It's very different from other companies where where you can goof off for a good chunk of the time.
Cons
This may not be the place for everyone since the most clients are product companies with high quality expectations...detail oriented is a must and a high level of professionalism is needed So, if you just want to have a job and get a paycheck, this probably isn't the right fit. As with any company, there are some unique things with the culture like the senior management are pretty technical and are very engaged in the project delivery. These are really small things in the grand scheme of things.
