      Great work and (mostly) great people who are super committed.

      Cons

      Low salaries that never increase, little room for advancement, cliquish approach to hiring. If you're from a Mennonite background you have a huge leg up; if not you'll be on the outside looking in, no matter how nice they are about it and how many baked goods they share.

      MCC is a great place to work that cares about people inside and outside the organization. A wonderful place to align your personal values with your work.
