Customer service was absolutely fine. But here i taking about their hiring process. I was applied for delivery driver in menulog. No one is 100% perfect in this world. So, I have past conviction which was 9 years before already in back 2011. But menulog didn't consider that. They saying it's their policy if anyone have any convection it need to be 10 yrs before from the time I applying for work. My concern is if that is your policy why not telling in application or to applicants before you applicants spend $40 for national police check. You guys should clarify that before someone applying or spending $40 for National police check. Because I know I had my past conviction. If I knew that they have that policy I will never apply & spent $40 for police check. It's such a harrassment and insulting people. Such a unprofessional work. I am working for Woolworths and worked for coles. Worked in fuel station 7-eleven. They had same background check. But they don't bothering about my past specially when it's such a long period of time before happened. But this is only a food delivery job, picking up food from restaurant and deliver to customers door. I will go to complain about that in fair trade within next few weeks.
