Great opportunity - Team Leader Meraki Rose Employee Review

The training provided is very thorough and boosts your confidence both in business and personally. Not coming from a business degree background, I was concerned I would struggle. However management are very hands on with training and like to make sure you progress at the rate you should be.

I commute to work via train everyday, and more often than not trains are usually delayed especially with this weather. However management are understanding when it comes too uncontrollables.

The company is an amazing place with a select group of highly trained staff. The company is driven towards self development, progression and success. The most fast paced learning enviroment in the country. The team bonding sessions create a strong team to be a part of, particapating in such activities as rounders, limbo and football. This helps create a strong core of company and a brilliant team spirit.

The only con of meraki rose is some people find the progression faster than what they want.
