Pros
They pay above average. If you don't have formal education you can still progress with your career. If you are looking for a stable contract but not a learning experience.
Cons
Cult-like environment. Formal qualifications/educations mean nothing to them. I had a high position so I have a good idea of all the positions, and 90% of the work is routinary, no-learning and no need for intelligence work.
