This is a revision of an earlier 5 star review. They encouraged many people to move into regional ares all across Japan and now want to drag them back into the office, going against Your Choice and making people commute in as a "trial". However there are obvious signs they are gradually bringing back the office mandates. Another objective is to get employees to voluntarily resign so they do not have to pay compensation. 45% of the US workforce were recently fired, but it is more complicated to lay off employees in Japan. This is now reaching the media and negative sentiment is spreading both internally and externally.
