Pros
The position offered excellent benefits and a very competitive salary. The work environment was friendly while maintaining the professional and prestige you would expect from the name Daimler.
Cons
The IT department falls behind in terms of deployed technologies. The opportunities for advancement were virtually non-existent in IT. If you started in a position, you better be prepared to retire in it.
