Pros
Free parking, convenient location, opportunity to learn. Staff predominantly Punjabi, Punjabi spoken frequently. Good for someone who is from this culture. Very casual dress code. I've seen people wearing sweatpants.
Cons
Job seeker Beware: there is a long term toxic employee there with initials MD. She is a bully, unprofessional and quite honestly ill mannered. She makes people feel uncomfortable and is a control freak. Poor ethics and she scolds new people that they should "know how things work" even though no one showed them. Sr. Counsel will not rid of her but would rather lose multiple individuals as a result. Outdated practice from 1970. Very very heavy paper workload. Very strict working schedule and policies. No flexibility, steady work, unpaid one hour lunch during designated time only. Very unfriendly staff (more assistants) No proper orientation for new staff first few days feel awkward. You get conflicting instructions.
