*Lovely team who are very positive and a pleasure to work with
*The management have always provided me with a lot of support.
*I have been invested in a lot to develop my skills with training and also there are lots of career progression opportunities
*Offer a really good wage with regular basic pay increases - I am not a Consultant however I have seen the recruitment commission structure and it has a lot of potential to earn a lot of money. The targets are also very realistic, so although I am not in the position myself, I would recommend.
* In pervious roles I have been in the recruitment industry, the work life balance hasn't been very good. However Mercia recognise it is important to be able to spend time with family etc. so they make sure everybody has a really good work life balance
* I really enjoy working for Mercia Social Care and I think the company has a lot to offer
