Pros
Pay slightly above average but everything is taxable to the max, living allowance included. Accomodation provided for expats, cons on this below. A nice place to innovate and test new systems and processes, room to make mistakes seeing how nobody is ever held accountable unless doing a great job which disturbs all the incompetent employees and their management.
Cons
They only offer shared accomodation and shared rides which ultimately translate into frustrations from the home atmosphere and huge amounts of time wasted on the way to and back from work, always having to wait for other colleagues to finish their work. Head office charter of values, vision and SOP’s are not being followed outside of Ireland, usually at the expense of high-performing employees. Unreal expectation regarding working hours, 10-12h days are regular, without the transport time, and deadlines for delivery are completely unrealistic and based on the dreams of incompetent managers.
