We appreciate your feedback on Glassdoor. As always, if you have specific comments to your own role at Mercury it’s always best to go directly to your manager and/or to the HR Business Partner at your specific site. With that said, a couple of comments. We have worked hard to ensure we have a consistent Culture & Values, regardless of job role or location. We have seen in our most recent Culture & Values survey that most of our Mercury team have a strong sense of community and teamwork and understand how their specific job contributes to the overall strategy of the company. It’s very important however to recognize that we can always do better and that it is essential that all employees feel free to talk openly on public forums like Glassdoor as well as directly with your manager.
