Pros
You will be "wow'ed" by the shiny new building. The executive management team seems to really believe in the culture and values statements that are posted all over the building.
Cons
Unfortunately, the executive team doesn't see what really goes on in the company, and loses sight of the higher level managers and directors that don't follow the culture & values, and that make life really miserable for employees. With so many "quiet" layoffs people are scared they'll be next if they say anything about being mistreated.
