Mercury Phoenix Engagement Team - Anonymous employee Mercury Systems Employee Review

Shifts other than 1st are excluded and not considered in All Hands meetings, company functions, activities. When these issues were brought to the attention of the Engagement Team it was met with no resolve and backlash, Recently they were not considered for the Christmas Pot Luck and literally addressed as cry babies. Now there is a Chef who's food is only available in the mornings just like the food trucks that are only available in the mornings. We were told 3 days before a the last off campus company function that if we wanted to attend we would have to come in early to make up the hours or use our vacation time. The exclusion of the other shifts seems to happen on most all occasions and has become expected.
