Pros

Staff and third partners were always a joy to be around. In permanent supportive housing, you need that community as the work you do can be very challenging.

Cons

Mercy Culture- worst ever, no real leadership from RVP in SoCal. It should never take 1year to adapt to any working culture environment. Supervisors are always out to get you. No support. No transparency. Retaliation is very imminent, the process they have in place for problem solving that avoids further HR discussions is a JOKE and will lead to intimidation and retaliation. You know you’re in the wrong office environment when your co-workers tell you to “watch out for your supervisor” Not enough diversity, in the entire region(SoCal) there was only 1 African American male in leadership position. All female environment. Hard-work is not valued and you are not provided the support and In some cases the tools to perform your job effectively.

Pros

The pto was great and bonuses from time to time.getting off early on fridays

Cons

The maintenance guys get treated horribly and you'd be lucky to see the property managers available at any given time. No appreciation, and lots of drama that was very draining. Hard to get anything done when you're always dealing with drama. The workload is stressful and an opportunity for someone young who wants to learn.
