Only intension is to deduct the salary. No benefits, un realisitic expectations. You are a good employee if you nod along to every word. if you speak bad or point out the mistake from there end you get insulted, and anything and everything you do is not good enough. No action will be taken when employees raise a complaint about a fellow employee who is a senior but also harrases and does villian stuff cause the bring in revenue. but fire the one who raises the complaint.
