Pros
There are some good people who work here. Definitely a place that forces you to learn fast and to get a lot of experience.
Cons
An incredibly unsafe environment. Forklift drivers are always dropping and incoming down stuff. No performance reviews. You basically have to threaten to quit in order to get a raise. Many employees including upper management are constantly making incredibly sexist and racist comments. Many people just accept it as, “ it is what it is.” Absolutely not! These people need to know that is not okay.
