Pros
High salary, great benefits, generous 401k. My primary location was Jay county and the operations manager and my clinical supervisor were outstanding. The other therapists were very helpful and professional. Administrative staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall this particular location was remarkable.
Cons
Transfers to other locations are posted but not always easy to get. Some newer offices aren't as balanced in management roles.
