Management/unlicensed staff will control patients scheduling then require therapists to work overtime without pay to make up for patient no shows, drive time from the office to a secondary location (schools) although the therapist is required to provide the service. So after working 40 hours that included 2 hours of patient no shows and 7.5 hours required drive time the therapist is required to work an additional 9.5 hours weekly off the clock. Or they will be penalized for poor productivity.
