Most staff are friendly and well meaning.
Cons
Meridian takes the prize for the absolute worst communication I have ever seen. Training is nonexistent. There are no meetings because the focus is solely on ensuring you have 8 clients a day and can meet productivity therefore there’s no time for communication and you will be told five different things by five different people. There is almost no support because everyone is overworked.
