Pros
It is a smaller company so I have a very close working relationship with my boss. I have felt very comfortable coming to her with concerns or questions. The company has great pay, bonuses, and the benefits are outstanding. I started with this company right out of college and have felt in my 2 years with this company there is lots of room for growth (I have already received 2 promotions), they want me to do well, and they are willing to help me!
Cons
Merion is a young company really trying to prove it's self, meaning the employees constantly have benchmarks to meet. It can be pretty stressful at times trying to out perform all of the big management companies out there/impress our investors. Even though it can be stressful, these benchmarks are what makes working for Merion so worth it. There are lots of opportunities to receive bonuses and rewards for reaching these goals!
