Awful, overcomplicated management Loads of stupid paperwork and complicated managing systems that are not adapted to mechanical engineering Weird location, R&D is located light years from manufacturing which is an obvious problem. The company is progressing so slowly with technologies and some people are just stuck in the 90's with their mentality towards tech modernization. Also R&D in Kraków are not in one building which is really weird and just simply problematic with cross-functional teamwork. Management is openly lying to their customers so they're also lying to the employers. They're telling fairy tales on company meetings. All this creates a atmosphere of lack of trust. They will ask you for overtime even during the time around Christmas or Easter days just because they NEED TO DELIVER. A lot of skilled engineers left just because the managers just sucked all the energy out of them.
