I would like to clarify a few points around your feedback.
Salaries are fixed based on qualification, previous experience and the project that one gets into. It has nothing to do with ISO audits and certification. Apart from that we periodically review the salary bands in line with what the market standards are and revise the banding.
Increments are based on the role one plays and their performance and contribution to the team's success.
As far as the complaint on the manager is concerned, it should have been brought to the notice of HR or the higher ups in operations so that the same could have been dealt with then and there. Putting such comments on Glassdoor or other social media platforms will not help resolve the issue you had. It is only a way of getting your frustration out.
We provide various forums for employees to meet HR - at the completion of 1, 3 and 6 months in Merit and we also do periodic skip level meetings to address issues that employees might have. Apart from this, we have a open door policy for employees to walk up to HR and talk to us about any issues you might have and we could resolve them in a timely manner.
