1)Flexible schedule 2)Relaxed work environment 3)Easy work

1)Pay is lower than standard 2)Often working more than 40 hours a week 3)There are a few employees who make working here painful at times. Two of them butt heads constantly and make it everyone's problem, the third gets stressed over every little thing. Regardless of the number of samples that come in, they are stressed and always negative. 4)no clear way to move up in the company
