      Endless opportunities to learn and grow in areas of interest arguably the best work/life balance i've been apart of because of the way teams are structured and PTO coverage is handled Management practices core values and leads by example Fantastic department collaboration across the country Good standardized processes with opportunities to question everything and make things more efficient

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
