We've turned into a temp agency and not by choice - Sales Meritech Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I see you had worked at Meritech for over 3 years. There must have been something to make you stay for that long? It could be our inclusive family environment, could be the fact that we take the time to recognize every employee at the Holidays, on birthdays, when they celebrate anniversary milestones, and especially for going above and beyond for our customers and each other- aka our MVP. It might even be the time and opportunity we give employees to volunteer within their local communities during work hours- because these are all things we believe in deeply. Our tenure within our office is 10 years. We'd like to believe that people stay because they feel appreciated and recognized for their efforts, as well as, supported by their peers and managers. I'm sorry that ultimately you did not feel the same. Instead of leaving a review after the fact, I encourage you try to address such concerns to the appropriate people in your future roles - this helps to drive positive and impactful change in organizations. Wishing you much success in the future. As for Meritech, we've been a staple in Northeast Ohio for 43 years and are extremely excited about our future growth in NE Ohio and beyond.
