If there is, it’s 100% fake so they can tell themselves that they try. -BASE PAY (you are paying for gas money pretty much for the amount you have to drive. -Upper Management NEEDS to get replaced with REAL TALENT, REAL LEADERS! -Monday morning meetings (the biggest drag!) -the bullpen is a slaughterhouse, making calls around upper management makes you want to quit immediately. -if you have any brains, DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB, THERES SO MANY BETTER JOBS OUT THERE!
