Pros
Great benefits although health insurance cost continues to increase and the out of pocket for care increases as well.
Cons
Only once a year raises for everyone available through HR. Raises don’t keep up with cost of living and once you reach the to of the pay scale you no longer get a raise. They very rarely review and update the pay ranges.
