I have not experienced any negatives. If I have an issue, I feel I am heard by my manager and we come up with a solution.
Working as a contractor is easy and not too complex

No benefits whatsoever. Not even after 6,8,10, or 12 months. No sick leave, medical plans, workers comp. Nothing. It's simple at least: you don't work, you don't get paid.
