Low pay. Not much structured opportunity. New employees can't see the light at the end of the tunnel for career advancement. Some leaders need to have their team members' backs more. Favoritism shows. No mentoring or coaching - some leaders just want to fire people when the leaders themselves did nothing to help the employee learn or grow.
