I have worked in this business for a long time, and to work for a company who values their employees as much as they value their customers is extremely important to me! Being told that you are doing a great job can mean the difference in loving - or disliking - your job. You can love what you do, but if you are not appreciated for doing the job you love - you ask yourself "what is the point??" From co-workers to management - Mesa knows how to treat their employees! I am excited, and proud to tell people that I work for Mesa! We have weekly meetings to discuss anything that needs to be addressed, or share tips on how to do a better job. It keeps the employees, and management in the know of what is going on in our every day details. I love that Town Hall meetings that keep the employees informed of how the company is doing, where we need improvement, where we are doing well - and what we can do to help the company succeed. When the company succeeds, the employees succeed - and, Mesa is an excellent company for making sure their employees succeed. They are willing to give you any, and all of the tools you need to be successful! It is a breath of fresh air to work for a company that makes sure that you balance your work life with your personal life. All work and no fun - no one wants to live like that.
