Pros
Mesh is a fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The founders truly care about each individual, welcome creativity, and lead by example. The culture at Mesh is the most amazing being a remote-first company; it is not at all difficult to communicate with anyone and everyone just that you need to take initiative which is appreciated by everyone be it founders or anyone in the company. Everyone is authentic and loves what they do. The managers and everyone at Mesh are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. I, being a fresher, had no idea about the work; however, the founders and every senior at Mesh acquainted me with all the knowledge related to my work and trusted me with all the hiring and other processes. The hiring process is wonderful here and easily streamlined. All expectations are made clear throughout the entire process. There is no micromanaging here at Mesh, we believe everyone has a right to choose their own working hours which obviously should align with our work time shift and we have no questions asked time offs which helps me keep my life well balanced.
Cons
No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any growing company. It is important not to get hung up on what's wrong but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support that. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. The mindset is rewarded at perficient.
