Free sushi. As long as you don't over eat you can try anything if you are curious about how sushi tastes. Flexible hours. Many regulars. You can develop relationships with the customers
Cons
Management can be difficult to work with. There are three owners, and they don't always communicate, which can lead to stressful conversations about raises and hours.
