      remote work available, catered food once a week, happy hours throughout the year

      Cons

      work load isnt distributed equally. Of you get your job done and know what you are doing you are compensated with more workload from your peers who arent meeting deadlines. Mangement is too busy to care about who is actually working and who isnt.
