This company is not what it presents as. On nearly every level. I hate writing any sort of a review, but I want to warn anyone interviewing with them to be very, very careful. The leadership of this company will always look for the angle to ensure you don't make as much as they tell you that you could make with them. They promise so much upfront, but can't substantiate any employee or contractor that earns what they pitch to you. This means as both a contractor for them or a client that they have brought on. Instead what you get are promises and constant changes to commission structures, that inevitably always benefit management. I have been working in sales on some level for years and this was, without question, one of the worst experiences I have had in my career fighting with management for money that I was owed. Worse than the company trying to not pay me what I was owed, it was the relationships that I had built bringing clients into this group that was destroyed because they didn't deliver on what they promised. After leaving this company, I spent months speaking to former companies that I had helped bring in and apologizing for my role in bringing them into the fold. Every company that I spoke with, all sang the same tune. They were upset that much of what was sold, was not delivered upon. Bottom line. If you are a quality salesperson, interviewing with MetaGrwoth, please double-check everything. Verify everything. My advice would be to avoid completely.
