Pros

working from home multiple paid holidays

Cons

Zero advocacy for nurses nurses are never heard when approaching admin with concerns, instead they are basically told to do it this way or leave. their paid time off and sick time are good, however they limit when and what you can use The metrics they require you to meet largely depend on the patient's engagement which is hard to gauge given that most if not all are enrolled in the program and not given the correct information about participation or cost.

Pros

Work from home. Schedule can be flexible. Patient relationships.

Cons

Low pay, justified by a “bonus structure,” that was once easy to hit. CEO sends out vague emails to get inspired but nothing seems to change. Mid level management is on a power trip, and seem to have an answer for everything. Micro management Metric based that once were easy to reach. Each month more and more is added but metrics do no change. Everything is money based and not what is best for patients. Even the company website pushes extra income for providers and is not patient focused. Mid level management is very click like, all about brown nosing. Younger nurses and MA’s with little experience get selected for supervisors. Company policies and not documented anywhere other than the TN employment policies. The same upper management has been promoted time and time again. Cooperate has an expensive holiday gathering while everyone else gets a zoom meeting with a few door prizes. Weekly worthless huddles. If you are just a basic level care coordinator on follow up team you are not cared about.
