They pretty much leave you alone once you learned your role

Management is kind of weirdly structured and training is long and decided last minute

Was ok, had some pot lucks, decent hours. People weren't too bad, the ones I liked at least. Pay was crap.

Favortism, some people there act like middle schoolers. They cut hours sometimes, felt some employees weren't paid faily.
