Pros
Benifits, work/life balance, management now seems to have their act together. The pay for certain jobs can go either way and all depends on experience and your ability to apply yourself. Don't think that just because you've done your job for a year that you're entitled to a 25% increase. That time has long gone with the older managment team playing favorites. If you work hard, you WILL get recognized.
Cons
Management was one of the worst I've seen in my life. Lot's of backroom deals, pay increases for staff that did no work but were "In tight" with the site manager and an HR department that ignored you whenever you brought up a concern. Promotions were always given to the brown nosers while those that worked hard were just given more work.
