--Mobile Phone Not Allowed in Production/Stores/RND/Packaging(Except Corporate) Reason by mgmt is Information Security. But There are several ways to protech Information Security.even Manamengt is siging NDA for that. Putting Ban on Mobile is not a solution.that also for specific people. --Not Allowed to go Out for Tea or Snack (Machine Tea Sucks). Reason by mgmt "People will bring Corona if they Move Out" Corona will not come with you when Employee is coming to Office from Outside it will only come when you are in office and Go out for Tea --Monotonous kind of Job Doesn't Improve your Skill Set You are doing Job Like Machine. --Too Much Restrictions in every Manner. -- HR Policies Changes Frequently as Per (Mgmt) Convinence. -- You Will feel like you are in School. It Feels Like an Every Morning You are going into Jail by Keeping your Valuables Outside your desk. and leaving on Payroll in evening.
