1. No value and respect for employees. 2. The management has got no direction. 3. Autocratic behavior of Director and MD 4. Family run business. 5. No understanding of technologies. 6. Uses technologies obtained by reverse engineering of competetors. 7. Incompetent management and HR 8. Lack of transparencies in company policies. Actually there is no policy. 9. QC is a joke and time wastage as per MD 8. Joining the company was the worst decision of my life.
