Pros
Great experience as far as co-ops go. Gives you plenty of actual engineering work on top of the usual busy work. Very laid back management style, casual dress code, flexible hours. People are friendly and willing to help if you have questions. Management is very approachable and stays out of peoples way. As long as you do a good job you'll be fine.
Cons
Some of the work they give you is a bit harder than you would expect as a co-op, which is great for getting experience, but can be a bit overwhelming. But, as stated before, people are more than willing to help so don't feel embarrassed to ask for it.
Also this job is located in the middle of nowhere.
