      Pros

      The Pay and benefits are good. The location is nice with adequate parking available for all. Looks nice from outdide too.

      Cons

      Management has chip on it's shoulder. Can not give any advice with out offending them. No opportunity to advance or raises for outstanding work.

      good exposure;great working team;free accomodation ;near capital city and easily accessible

      Cons

      long hours of hard work due to malfunctioning drilling machine( jack hammers)
