Pros
- Remote work most of the time with few plant visits, at least for administrative level. - Compensation, bonuses are good. - Very varied work environment, can move withing the company.
Cons
- For software engineering it's a bit hard since it's a company more focused in automotive industry, so it tries to manage everything in that industry process standard that does not work for software processes. Their argument is that it's an automotive company, not a software company.
