Pros

Good office culture and that’s about it

Cons

They say you can achieve a lot in such small time but they don’t tell you at the start how many hours you’ll be putting in. It’s pretty much slavery work. Doing 50+ hours a week and sometimes getting no sales means that week has gone to waste. They lack sympathy as well towards people

Thanks for taking the time to provide a review. We welcome and value all feedback. We’re delighted to read your positive comments about the company culture. We invest a lot of time and energy into creating a warm, welcoming and supportive working environment. We understand that our roles require the investment of a lot of time. We are proud to have a business structure where people put in what they get out, and this works well. It’s very disappointing to read your comments about lacking sympathy. We offer consistent support and guidance to help people to achieve their goals. We would never want someone to put in lots of hours and not be rewarded for that. We hope you can utilise any skills you learned and achieve great success in the future.

Pros

Decent people good to communicate with lively people If doing door to door sales is your role then you do you..

Cons

When seeing this post as an accounts manager, you would think it’s more office based and supporting existing customers maintaining relationship and other non cold calling based work. But on a real you end us rehearsing lines in a room with 20 people with blasting music which doesn’t help… someone left the organisation due to the culture being too toxically positive… and in reality they’re right. On top of that I never really got told this was a door to door sales there’s not fixed salary, and you end up signing a contract without any context or actual insight to what you’re signing. Furthering to that I was offered an opportunity to go on a ‘business trip’ with work but you end up paying out of pocket rather than company paying which is unfair if it’s classed as a ‘company trip’. And I’ve never received the money back when speaking to the director. Feels like despite working I’ve lost more money working there than I earned I walked away from the company and instantly quit in 2 weeks of working

Pros

Nice boss, very motivating and chatty. No contract, so I just handed in my notice and left after 1 convo w him, thankfully no notice period to see out or anything

Cons

It’s a door to door sales company, you work solely on commission, hours are 9:30am-8pm AND NOBODY TELLS YOU THAT UNTIL YOU HAVE ALREADY STARTED THE JOB. If that’s ok with you, great, but it was not what I was looking for or was led to believe I was getting. Girl who interviewed me promised me the earth in mentoring, support, said she’d greet me on my first day, told me multiple times to ring her once I arrived, ect. Got there my first day, she didn’t answer her phone, someone else said she’d gone on a training weekend down South???? Liar. She also kept avoiding my questions about my contract, said I’d get it on my first day, I got there and was told there was no contract. Liar. LinkedIn photos are skyscrapers and fancy looking offices in MediaCity, so then why is it a ramshackle deserted looking loft above a nightclub in a back alleyway in the City Centre? If it was just up front about what it was that would be ok, nothing wrong with being a small, commissions based, door to door sales company. So why sell themselves as a successful Marketing company with offices all over the world and a £25,000 pay?? Don’t believe the 5* reviews on Google
