Completely dishonest place. They always advertise positions as marketing excutives, but this is a door to door sales position. I have a degree in marketing and was hired under the guise that I would be meeting with clients directly and often to plan campaigns. All these sort of 'direct marketing companies' AKA DOOR TO DOOR SALES COMPANIES are owned by the same three people. These companies will often change names, but will always have the same three owners constantly changing the names and branding of each company to disguise this. Their ads will always be super vague and intriguing making newly graduated marketers or beginner marketers think it may be a great place to start since no experience is needed. Firstly all the interviews were extremely vague throughout. They use gimmicky words and try and make it sound very ambitious and as a place with a lot of progession, yet what that progression is never is disclosed. They never ever make it clear what your actual duties are. I have a marketing degree and would continously ask okay but what are the actual duties and day to day of the job, and would constantly just be told to plan campaigns, meet with clients to make marketing strategies and to meet potential clients. All of this sounds very vague and professional right? Well it isn't, I literally got the job and was invited to a party with the people at the company before my start date. I was speaking to two of my new collegues and one of them mentioned a story of when they were knocking on doors. Only then did things add up to me, that this is door to door sales. There is nothing wrong in working is as a door to door salesman, but they continously lied throughout the entire process knowing I had a degree in marketing and that I actually wanted to work in that field and NOT sales. Also the owner is so obnoxious and embarrassing. He was boasting about him and his seniors wages at this event and constantly have photo shoots and lavish events to put on social media to try and give him and the other companies legitimacy, to make it seem like a lucrative and legit business. Thank god I had a look at reviews after I accepted the job, stay clear of these guys
