      Pros

      Whilst working at Metcash, there were quite a few benefits and positives to highlight including good work life balance for majority of the employees, competitive salary, family-oriented workplace environment and strong emphasis of collaboration and teamwork.

      Cons

      Whilst there were some negatives, the positives do out weight them in comparison. Location was not convenient unless you lived nearby or don't mind a longer commute. In terms of career development, the options seemed limited and you required patience as you gained experience within the company.

      Pros

      A great purpose driven company. I work with great people that care about what they do and build strong relationships both internal and external. A flexibile work environment where possible.

      Cons

      Complexity and duplication exist in this organisation. Simplification and alignment of structure and process will help to alleviate but some foundational alignment needs to occur first.
