Great flexibility for a high school job.

Outdoor winter work is limited.

Many of the site level employees are nice people.

No one has their ducks in a row. Many of the upper management team members are mean. Directions are given, but following what they want done still isn't right. Discriminatory. Short staffed because no one wants to work for upper management.
